The Saltshouse Tavern is a large, two-roomed, friendly local pub, in the heart of east Hull, close to the village of Sutton, Howdale Road, Saltshouse Road and Gleneagle Park. During noon–9pm, we serve food of excellent value, with specialist evenings such as burger night, curry night and fish and chips night. We show all major sporting events, including football and rugby league, on our six flat-screen TVs. We have a traditional bar, with two pool tables and a several darts boards, as well as a jukebox. We host live music on most Saturday evenings, in the lounge, in the form of great local bands. We also hold a fun event most nights, such as bingo, quiz nights or poker. This pub really leads the local community and is the place to be.
